Origin of the beer

The origin of beer
Principal types
Accompaniments
Already noted at the time of the "sumeri , assiri and babilonesi" around 5000 years ago born of the fermentation of barley malt and other cereals and flavoured with hop to create the bitter taste. The Italian production of beer (1% of the worlds total) constitute beer lower in fermentation and double malt, of competing grains for quality and with some ingredients better than those found in foreign beer. The German beers are lighter and more bitter equal to the Danish and Dutch beers, or dark (dunkel) and aged (alte). More aromatic than the English beers. The beers dark, red and rather sweet signal the French beers.
